Love the boose it gives me throughout the day especially after a workout to help heal up my muscles with some extra water going to them! It amazes me too how little aftertaste there is & what amazes me even more is how little you use & how far it goes ..I'm thinking I might have this 1 container for a year lol

This is my first time using Creatine, so I honestly can’t compare it to other products. I just know that I trust the Naked brand and, as a Registered Dietitian, I always recommend their products to my patients. I will say that it’s effective in that my recovery time post workouts have minimized by a lot and I can feel that I’m stronger and able to lift heavier weights in the gym. My endurance has improved as well. I see some people (for other brands, not this one) complain about how creatine often doesn’t blend well, but this blends very well. I’ve mixed mine in water, or protein drinks and can’t even tell it was added. I have absolutely no complaints regarding this product and will definitely continue to purchase this product!
