How to Use
When:
Prepare our high-protein oats the night before to enjoy a quick and easy high-nutrition breakfast. Or mix with your preferred milk and enjoy immediately!
Mix:
For protein oats, add two rounded scoops to 8 fl oz of milk and refrigerate for 5+ hours. For a protein shake, add two rounded scoops to 6-12 fl oz of your preferred beverage and blend for 15-20 seconds.

Got this because strawberries and cream hot oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfasts. I tried to cook it with skim milk but it just soaked it up too quickly, May try again with more liquid. Flavor is ok, the sweetener has a light aftertaste, I wish they used coconut sugar like the protein powder. Strawberry flavor is good but so much better with fresh strawberries. Serving size is great, I was full and satisfied with still some left over. Excited to try it in different ways, I’m interested in some protein balls.

I decided to get a few items from Naked Nutrition. I was thoroughly surprised by the green apple cinnamon oats. They are very very good. I actually loved them. I got the blueberry one too. That one is good as well but I prefer tje apple one. I have a couple more on the way.
