No, Blueberry Cobbler Naked Oats does not contain artificial sweeteners. The only sweetener in Naked Oats is Fermented Cane Sugar (REB-M) - we always aim to keep our ingredients minimal and pure.

We do not recommend using water to create the oatmeal as it’ll hinder the taste. Instead, use your favorite milk or milk-substitute. For a shake, you can use either water or milk. Plant-based milks are a great choice, but keep in mind that the product itself is not vegan.

    Good ingredients, but personal preference with texture

    Cannot really find much issue with the ingredients, and the added protein helps pack more nutritional punch. Flavor is okay, although I do not like much sweetener, so just a bit too much for me (but probably fine for most). Also, due to limited time, this is easier than making your own. However, for my personal preference I like my oats coarser and chewier, so for me I found this a bit mushy. Again, that is just my personal preference, and I suspect most will not have an issue with this, especially if you are consuming it for the nutritional value.

    Yummy!

    First time trying overnight oats and I loved it! So easy to make and came out delicious. Love how high protein these are, just added some berries and ready to eat.

    A perfectly fine option

    Let's start with the pros. It's a nice big tub, it's an easy way to get a good serving of protein, it prepares exactly as advertised with no clumps or issues mixing, and it tastes acceptable. I hate the gritty feeling a lot of protein powders and mixes in general can have and this has none of that. It's totally smooth like normal oatmeal but with some nice extra body from the powdered oats and whatever else is mixed in. When made as advised (2 heaping scoops and 5 oz of liquid of your choice; I've used whole milk and oat milk) overnight, it's way too runny for my taste. That would be for someone who wants to drink it. This one has whole blueberries, so drinking might not be a good choice for this particular flavor. But if you pop it in the microwave for a minute - presto, nice thick oatmeal. It is a softer oatmeal, which just seems to be the nature of this kind of 'overnight oats' product, so if you like more texture, you can pop some nuts/cranberries/fruit into it. As for the flavor... it's fine. It's just ever so slightly sweet oats. I would never guess 'blueberry cobbler' if blindfolded. It maybe almost smells blueberry-ish, but that could be the power of suggestion. It makes sense because this isn't supposed to be your typical sweet premade oatmeal. In a way that's good because it's better to add your own sweetness level than risk having too much. So you can drop in some honey/maple/truvia/agave/blueberry syrup or go more natural with some fruit, whatever you want…

    nutritious and convenient

    I usually make my own oatmeal mix it takes about 20 minutes of active works and it costs much less than this. That said, this is a great option for folks who don't want to go to the trouble. I don't usually add blueberries to mine, so that definitely improved the product for me. It did taste good to me, and when I got the consistency suited to my preference, that was nice too. All told, it's a convenient, nutritious food.
