Caramel Latte Protein Iced Coffee

I love this as a mid-afternoon snack and pick-me-up. I have mixed it with just water and it is tasty and creamy. I have also tried it with milk added (two ounces of 2% milk to eight ounces of water) and that tastes amazing. Mixing it in eight ounces of 2% milk makes for an extremely delicious, creamy drink. In the mid-afternoon on my non-workout days, I'm always looking for a quick snack with protein plus a little caffeine boost (but not too much). This is absolutely perfect for that. The approximately 95 mg. of caffeine you get from two scoops (one serving) provides a nice little boost without causing issues at bedtime (at least for me). One scoop would be good for days when I've already had a lot of caffeine or need to go to bed a little earlier. A serving size is two heaping scoops. I'm not a big fan of "heaping scoops" as a measurement. I really feel like these companies should work out level scoops as serving sizes, but it is not a big deal. I weighed a few scoops (see image for one) and I was able to get pretty reasonably close, fairly consistenly, to the 17 grams that half a serving size would be. I'll still probably weigh the scoops, but I like the product so much it won't really bother me. This stuff mixes very well and easily in a shaker cup. I haven't tried it with a spoon and probably won't have it that way, but I think in a pinch it will mix well enough to drink. As for ingredients, I like that you get 20 grams of whey protein concentrate per 95 mg. of caffeine.…

I really enjoyed this Naked Caramel Latte Protein Coffee. The caramel flavor is smooth and not overly sweet, and it mixes well for an iced coffee-style drink. It's great for busy mornings when I want both caffeine and protein in one cup. The ingredients feel clean, and I appreciate that it's keto-friendly and gluten-free. It also dissolves better than many other protein coffees I've tried. My only minor issue is that the flavor could be a little stronger, especially if mixed with more than 8 oz of liquid. But overall, it's a delicious and convenient option that I reach for often.

This plant based protein came in a tamper resistant package, which I appreciate. The nutrition facts are clearly outlined on the label. I used two rounded scoops in 10 ounces of water, as directed. I found the taste to be pretty amazing! It's not like a brewed coffee, of course. But I poured it over ice and enjoyed it as an iced coffee. It did not cause any stomach upset. The container size is a good value for the money.

I'm always looking for extra protein and this seemed like a great way to get some in the morning. The ingredients look super clean and are not loaded with fillers like some other protein powders are. It smells like real coffee and isn't too sweet. I use it for my morning shakes. You can probably make some pretty fancy recipes with this like with frozen bananas and whatnot, but I usually prefer to just have a simple shake with water that I can chug. It tastes like a very strong coffee with a bit of chalkiness and that typical protein powder aftertaste. It keeps me full for a while and since I tend to have multiple servings at once it gets me pretty hopped up as well. It can definitely be a little thick so it's not as pleasant as a normal coffee, but since it has protein in it, it's worth the tradeoff for me.
