How Nakedade Boosts Performance

How Nakedade Boosts Performance

Nakedade helps maintain energy levels and increase endurance for prolonged exercise performance. It also helps you hydrate after exercise by replenishing electrolytes lost through sweat.

Palatinose™ - A Low-Glycemic Smart Carb

Palatinose™ - A Low-Glycemic Smart Carb

Palatinose™ (isomaltulose) in Nakedade is a low-glycemic sucrose derived from sugar beet. That means it doesn’t rapidly spike your blood sugar levels like regular sports drinks loaded with added sugars. Instead, it is absorbed slowly, giving you a steady supply of clean energy to keep pushing through your workouts. And none of the energy crash afterwards.

Increase Exercise Endurance

Increase Exercise Endurance

Palatinose™ improves fat oxidation, which means it promotes the utilization of body fat as a source of energy. Each serving also provides 285mg of potassium, an essential mineral for muscle function. Together, more energy and optimal muscle function helps you take your training to the next level.

Replenish Electrolytes, Stay Hydrated

Replenish Electrolytes, Stay Hydrated

It feels good to knock out a good sweat session at the gym. But when you sweat, you lose minerals vital for muscle function, energy levels, and how you feel. Nakedade contains pink Himalayan sea salt, potassium chloride, and potassium citrate, all to help you replenish key electrolytes and stay hydrated at the gym, and throughout the rest of the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nakedade contains Palatinose™ (isomaltulose) – a smart carbohydrate sourced from sugar beets. During the manufacturing process, the sucralose is isolated, leaving behind the potentially harmful fructose and glucose. This functional carbohydrate works to improve fat oxidation during physical activity, which prolongs and maintains energy supply.

While it is safe to drink Nakedade on a regular basis, it’s also important to maintain your intake of unflavored water. Unflavored water naturally contains enough electrolytes to support very light exercise, so it’s best to use Nakedade alongside your regular water intake.

Our blueberry lemonade flavor only contains lemon juice powder and natural plant-based flavors. Nakedade does not include any artificial sweeteners, flavors, or additives.

We recommend storing Nakedade in a cool, dry place where it is not exposed to direct sunlight. In certain conditions, the product may crystalize but it is still effective and safe for use.

Nakedade is ideal for anybody looking for a natural sports drink to prolong energy and increase workout performance. Our electrolytes powder contains a perfect blend of carbohydrates and electrolytes to keep you energized throughout even the toughest workouts. Electrolytes Powder Packets - Blueberry Lemonade | Nakedade

Not good for me

I'm afraid I made a mistake by ordering your Nakedade. It contains too much sweetener and tastes artificial - like Koolaid. The most unfortunate part is that it does contribute to unwanted elements in my efforts to control my prediabetes. I offered it to my husband who simply does not like how it tastes and will not use it. I will have to throw the balance of the packets away.

Too sweet for me, and for that I will not buy it again

Jury is stillest...

I drank my first packet yesterday. I bought this brand since it did not have stevia - can’t touch the stuff. The monk fruit is ok, flavor of the drink was ok, not great, but then, are any of them delicious? My stomach did get a little upset later in the day, so I am not sure my digestive system can handle the monk fruit either.
