No, Green Apple Cinnamon Naked Oats do not contain artificial sweeteners. The only sweetener in Naked Oats is Fermented Cane Sugar (REB-M). The diced cinnamon apples also contain sugar. We always aim to keep our ingredients minimal and pure.

We do not recommend using water to create the oatmeal as it’ll hinder the taste. Instead, use your favorite milk or milk-substitute. For a shake, you can use either water or milk. Plant-based milks are a great choice, but keep in mind that the product itself is not vegan.

This is absolutely delicious. Not too sweet, just perfect. I made oatmeal and added a scoop of this to it. Really made the oatmeal something special. This can also he added to milk (dairy or otherwise) or water to make a protein shake. Mixes easily into liquids. Healthy ingredients. I would buy this again.

Very delicious! Clean ingredients and easy to prep and use. Does have small chunks of apple so I'd suggest blending if you are using as a protein shake.

Great idea for overnight oats!

Everyone is so creative with their overnight oats but I'm a single guy who doesn't have cinnamon or cardamon in my kitchen so this is great for my overnight oats since it's already flavored but it's not like those instant oats with a ton of sugar. This has a ton of protein instead and enough sugar ( a European amount not an American amount) to make it taste good. Natural ingredients - tastes amazing. Easy to make overnight oats. The consistency is finer than some overnight oats but I don't mind and this product is so convenient and delicious that I can't wait to choose other flavors!

Have been using this as a hot oatmeal in the morning with almond milk and it's delicious. A little sweeter than I expected. Could do without the added sugar. Other than that, it's great.

Smells great, tastes great, very filling. But very hard to open the top the first time.

The oatmeal-protein mix inside deserves 5 stars - it's filling, it's tasty, and it was really easy to make breakfast oats. I made overnight oats - added a couple spoonfuls of plain non-fat yogurt to get some probiotics going along with the milk, and it was really easy eating in the morning. It stirred up nicely - fine texture. I will happily continue eating this for breakfast, and my partner plans on trying it out as a pre-workout smoothie. It was also very fresh - 2 years out for the "use by" date. It smelled like an oatmeal cookie and I could see apple chunks. Yum!For future servings I do plan to add a bit more regular oatmeal and reduce the product itself, and probably add some almond slivers just because they are awesome. This would stretch out how long this will last to save a little $$ and also I'm pretty sensitive to sugar at breakfast. By the time I was finishing my meal, it was feeling a little sweet even though it doesn't have that much added. YMMV though, we don't add much sugar to anything here (however, I *greatly* appreciate this being real sugar instead of some fake sugar! If I'm going to eat it, I'd like it as real as possible).But why only 4 stars? Because it took two healthy, normal sized adults, a pair of leather gloves, and over 5 minutes of struggling to get the lid off. It's a BIG, WIDE top. We're not arthritic seniors, but that stinking top combined with the tamper-free seal combined to make the lid extraordinarily difficult to turn. I was seriously thinking about just destroying the top with a box cutter (partner suggested a hole saw…). Finally got it off by jamming it between my body and the countertop to hold the container still and using leather gloves for grip to get it open. Maybe this is a fluke, or maybe you have Very Big Strong Hands and won't notice this. Worth it in the end, but don't be getting this for granny...

First off I would like to say this container is alot bigger than what I was expecting. It is literally filled to the top, so when I say you are getting what you pay for you definitely are.I just meal prepped a week of overnight oats and had my first set this morning.WOW.I mixed in pieces of apples and coconut milk. The taste is absolutely amazing and it is VERY filling.Highly recommend

Easy way to get your oatmeal!

I like the convenience of this easy way to add oats to your morning shake OR to make a convenient over-night ‘shake'. Also love that it's non-GMO, and soy/gluten free as well. The protein and fiber contents are great as well, however, even tho there are no artificial sweeteners added, I did get an ever-so-slight aftertaste similar to products using artificial sweeteners. My only complaint is the size of the jar. While it's great that the jar label has a clear strip so you can easily see the content level, the jar/lid is very wide and may be difficult to open for someone with small hands. I have larger hands for a woman, and still found it difficult to fully grasp and turn the lid.All in all a pretty de ent and easy way to make sure you're getting breakfast or a healthy snack any other time of day.

I've been eating this the past few days - it's so good! The nutrition is awesome and it has amino acids which is awesome. Tasty and easy to prepare, full of protein and fiber, and great for overnight oats.

A convenient breakfast option

This is a convenient breakfast for people that don't always make time for breakfast. It's a nice alternative to a less nutritious, but also convenient option that someone may reach for. It's more protein than an average person needs I think, so if you're not on some gnarly workout regimen, this may be an excess amount of protein for you in the morning. But I think it's great for dudes, that don't prioritize breakfast as part of their morning routine.

Great for overnight oats! As soon as you open the jar, you are hit with a wonderful scent of oats and apples. It just smells so wholesome! Perfect for smoothies as well. Tastes great. I use it with yogurt and add some regular oats as well, plus banana for a filling breakfast smoothie. Comes with a scoop for measuring. Instructions call for 2 scoops per cup of milk for overnight oats - so you will get MANY servings out of this container.
