Partnership Manager

    Naked Nutrition, a fast-growing premium supplement brand, is seeking a results-driven Partnership Manager to secure high-impact collaborations with other brands, major media, top influencers, and industry events. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of building partnerships from the ground up and driving measurable business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact partnerships with complementary e-commerce brands, major media outlets, and large influencers/creators to drive revenue and brand growth.
    • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that lower customer acquisition costs and expand brand awareness.
    • Lead outreach efforts to secure co-branded campaigns, media collaborations, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
    • Own the full partnership lifecycle—from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and execution.
    • Build long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual value and sustained impact.
    • Track and report on partnership performance using key metrics such as revenue generated, CAC reduction, and media exposure.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify innovative partnership opportunities.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in e-commerce partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships from scratch, not just manage existing relationships.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
    • Experience in executing partnerships hands-on, without a large team supporting implementation.
    • Ability to think strategically while also driving tactical execution.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment—ideally with experience in brands doing $20M+ in annual revenue.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-starter with a "make it happen" mentality—able to take ownership and drive results.
    • No specific educational requirements, but relevant experience is essential.
