Unflavored Pea Protein

This is the first protein powder I have had in the 10 years I have been drinking protein shakes that the unflavored powder does not compromise the taste of a smoothie or other shake mixture. The calories to protein ratio is great, I even add an extra scoop of this to the Naked Chocolate PB Shake to up the protein intake. Great product.

This was my first time trying a Naked Pea product. I LOVE IT. I put two scoops into my morning iced coffee and a tiny bit of maple syrup and deliciousnessssss (just stir occasionally). What lead me to try out this product was the super short ingredient list and that it is vegan and gluten free. I like the idea of being able to make it just how I want. I am excited to try baking with it like one of their marketing emails suggested.

Overall great vegan protein especially for someone who has a tough time digesting other types of protein powders. Only downside is it tastes horrible but I don’t drink it for taste so would recommend if your trying to hit your daily protein goals and can’t drink whey or other types.

It does taste a little grainy but I love the clean ingredients. It’s the only one I’ve found that has simple clean ingredients. If anyone has any solutions so that it doesn’t have the grainy/gritty taste would appreciate your suggestions.
