    One ingredient,vegan,non GMO, made in the USA/Canada, third party tested. What else can you ask for?

    I've been using Naked Pea unflavored for a couple years and it's my go to for protein powder. Just mix it in a fruit and vegetable smoothie and your good to go. I love the fact that it's only peas as I tried another protein powder before I started using Naked Pea and it was a mix of Pea protein, soy, brown rice and other additives. The result was my TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) sky rocketing. If your TSH leaves are high you might want to check the additives your ingesting. However I do not have the TSH problem with Naked Pea and my doctor advised me for my TSH to rise so fast it had to be something in my diet. I switched to Naked Pea unflavored protein powder and problem solved.

    Makes a great sauce for vegetables.

    I use protein powder in the following recipe to flavor vegetables. Tasty Low Sodium & Low Carbohydrate Recipe for Weight Reduction & Weight Maintenance. This recipe uses many spices used in Persian cuisine as there is only so much you can do with low carbohydrate vegetables as far as flavor is concerned. Ancient Persia plays a tremendously fascinating role in providing thousands of years of flavoring expertise to make low carbohydrate vegetables more palatable and appealing. First, add two cups of water to a microwaveable ceramic bowl with a glass lid. Add in 4 heaping tablespoons of kosher organic fenugreek seeds along with 2 tablespoons each of kosher, organic powdered ginger as well as turmeric. Add in 1 tablespoon kosher olive oil as well as 1/2 tablespoon of kosher ground pepper. Place lid on microwaveable bowl & microwave for 4 minutes. Let sit for 1 hour until fenugreek seeds soften. Once cooled, transfer fenugreek seed flavoring sauce to a Tupperware container & refrigerate.Wash 3 pounds of organic broccoli thoroughly and inspect for bugs. Place 3 pounds of minced broccoli in an air fryer basket, spray lightly with kosher olive oil and air fry at 350 degrees for 4 1/2 minutes to 5 minutes. Allow to air cool. Once air cooled, place cooked broccoli in a plastic Tupperware container and refrigerate. If you don't own an air fryer, simply place 3 pounds of broccoli in a large pot & add two cups water to pot.
