Grass-Fed Whey Benefits
Naked Whey comes from grass-fed cows raised on small Northern California and Idaho dairy farms. Our cows spend more days freely roaming compared to the midwest, resulting in higher quality milk. Not only is grass-fed whey better for the animals and the environment, but it also comes with several health benefits for you.
Build and Maintain Lean Muscle Mass
Each serving of Naked Whey delivers all the essential amino acids needed to build and maintain lean muscle mass. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine, help muscle-protein synthesis to promote muscle growth and recovery after exercise¹.Whey protein can help you improve strength and create a better looking body² 2.
Boost Immune System
Whey from grass-fed cows contains higher levels of the immune-boosting compounds beta-lactoglobulin, lactoferrin, and lysozyme³. These compounds improve your body’s antioxidant response and help the fight against harmful bacteria⁴.Grass-fed whey also contains more conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a fatty acid that boosts immune function⁵.
In addition to boosting immunity, CLA can also help preserve lean muscle mass and burn more fat. The higher levels of CLA in grass-fed whey can support your body composition goals⁶.
Improve Heart Health
Grass-fed whey contains more omega-3 fatty acids and CLA than regular whey. Both CLA and omega-3s can support better metabolism and improve cardiovascular health⁷.
We use careful manufacturing processes to minimize heat exposure to our whey protein. Cold processing makes sure that the nutrients in whey are non-denatured. It leaves the amino acids, omega-3s, CLA, and immunoglobulins intact.
Non-denatured whey is more bioavailable than regular whey. Your body can absorb the nutrients and amino acids more easily to promote better recovery. As a result, you enjoy more of the benefits of whey protein, such as muscle growth, more energy, and better recovery⁸.

Frequently Asked Questions
Grass-fed cows in pastures feed on grass, which is their natural food. As a result, these cows are not consuming any GMOs or harmful substances that feed-lot cows are subjected to.
This is also reflected in the whey that these cows produce, as grass-fed whey contains less saturated fats and more healthy fats. It also ensures that the whey is of the highest quality and contains a top nutritional profile.
The cows are on pasture 300+ days of the year, where they feed on grass. When they’re unable to be on pasture during the coldest temperatures, they are fed silage (pre-cut grasses). There are no GMOs, chemicals or pesticides in our silage either.
None of our products contain artificial flavors or ingredients. The vanilla used in Vanilla Naked Whey is real natural vanilla flavor. We only lightly flavor our flavored products, but we do not use artificial flavors and only choose the highest quality ingredients.
As our flavored products are subtly flavored, the vanilla taste is not overwhelming or very strong. We prioritize keeping our ingredients as minimal and as pure as possible, so we do not over-flavor our products.
All of our products, including Vanilla Naked Whey, undergo independent testing to ensure that they adhere to the safety standards set by the FDA. Naked Nutrition products are kept as pure as possible and are well under these limitations.
Vanilla Naked Whey is ideal for those without a lactose sensitivity who are looking to boost their daily protein intake. Whether you’re looking to put on lean muscle or lose weight, Vanilla Naked Whey provides the necessary nutrition to support your health and help you reach your goals. It is also a great supplement for people with busy schedules who find it difficult to get in enough protein, even if they don’t go to the gym. For a lactose-free option, check our lactose free protein powders.
The vanilla flavor is subtle and not overpowering, making it a versatile choice for mixing into various recipes or simply shaking up with water or milk. However, the container was not filled and left plenty of ample empty space inside. Wish it was filled all the way instead of less than half.
I love that this has no sugar alcohol or artificial sweeteners! Doesn’t hurt my stomach.
Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 1lb | Naked Vanilla Whey - 1LB
I like Naked Vanilla Whey and Naked Chocolate Whey. But they are always out of stock when I order. This has forced me to go to others - and they are good too - and available. I am trying the auto renew on this site. If they come up short for auto shop then I am done. Too much good competition to continue this way.
I love this flavor and the list of only 3 clean ingredients! Like other reviewers mentioned, it does tend to foam up a bit. To get around that I just use my blender bottle and let it sit in the fridge while I do my workout. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the amount. The jar said 12 servings. I was very careful in measuring out the scoops and was disappointed that I only got 9 servings. I know it’s measured by weight and not by volume so I’m going to order again and weigh out the scoops. The product is great and I love that it’s clean. It just irks me when a package says it delivers an amount and then falls short. But I love what this company stands for so I’m willing to try again. PS. I’ve ordered the goat whey and the servings were as stated.
