Been taking the bovine collagen for about a year. Has made a big difference in my post workout connective tissue soreness. Working out 6 days a week puts a lot of stress on the connective tissue. The collagen has definitely helped. Just started with the Hyaluronic Acid added. Hoping to see even better response. Am 71 years old and this has definitely helped me keep going. Do 2 scoops a day.
