Here's a simple recipe for some special after Valentine's Day protein chocolate truffles.
- ¼ cup dried dates, pitted
- ¼ cup Naked Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/8 cup oats
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 squares dark chocolate, melted
- water, as needed (about ¼ cup)
Place all of the ingredients except for the chocolate in a blender and combine until thoroughly mixed. Add the chocolate gradually to achieve the correct texture. It should resemble a smooth batter.
Roll the mixture into 8 balls and deep eat in the chocolate. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined cookie sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
