Consider, for example, this cinnamon protein coffee cake recipe. This recipe will make two servings.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop Naked Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup black coffee
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat your oven to 350 F and prepare two ramekins. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
