Cinnamon Protein Coffee Cake Recipe

 Slices of homemade protein cinnamon coffee cake, with a metal cake slicer

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup black coffee
  • 2 tbsp. apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder

    Preheat your oven to 350 F and prepare two ramekins. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.

    Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
