      Excellent for my sensitive stomach

      Naked Egg protein powder is an excellent option for those with sensitive stomachs. It's the only protein powder I've tried that did not cause digestive upset. I also love the flavorless fine powder which makes it versatile and easy to incorporate into different recipes.

      Has an odd taste

      I purchased this specific protein because I think I've been breaking out really bad from whey protein. I made my first shake with this and strawberries but it had an odd taste. I still think it would be good to use for cooking with or vegetable smoothies but I like sweet. It's not salty like I've read from other brands but it's not sweet either.

      Time will tell.

      Just started on this a couple weeks ago for my cut (I have been on the mass gainer for about 18 months). The taste is a rude awakening after the chocolate mass, which is like a dessert. Need time for my body to adjust / the cut to take full effect before I can rate its effectiveness. So far mostly just constipating me.
