How to Use
When:

It’s really hard to not be underweight with food allergies!! My dietitian recommended this and I have been drinking a banana OJ oatmilk combo with one scoop of vegan naked mass and a little bit of cinnamon! I’m going to start adding some collagen peptides to it as well. It doesn’t upset my stomach (which is a big deal) and I am starting to gain weight!

Does increase weight and doesnt totally taste like crap. Add honey or other low sugar to add flavor.
