How to Use
When:

This product is great taste great and can be mixed with everything. I put peaches in it with pea protein milk or 2% milk with water and its creamy. Now the reason I went on this, is because I was losing weight and muscle. I went too numerous of Dr'S to find out what was going on, so did all kinds of test to see if it was cancer and Praise GOD it all came back negative. But I still had pain and losing weight and muscle . So my son called me and told me about this product and how it was helping people with cancer gain there weight back. My son is a body builder and a martial artist as I was back in the day. I was a power lifter and still a martial artist now and trying to get this back in control.
And because everything I was going through I got depressed and the meds I was on was causing weight loss also and constipation. So I was going through a lot and still could find out what was going on with my muscle loss? So take in consideration of all the above and Naked Mass did it's thing I gained 10.6 pounds so far and will continue to stay on it.
So the end of this story is I went to see a Neurologist Dr. Charles Gellido in Clifton N.J. and I was Blessed to find him which found out I had a rare disease call CIDP. This attacks the nerves which is causing my muscle loss. and through all this I was still going weight with Naked Mass!
So I Pray that everyone experiences what I have with Naked Mass!

It’s really hard to not be underweight with food allergies!! My dietitian recommended this and I have been drinking a banana OJ oatmilk combo with one scoop of vegan naked mass and a little bit of cinnamon! I’m going to start adding some collagen peptides to it as well. It doesn’t upset my stomach (which is a big deal) and I am starting to gain weight!
