Protein Cheesecake Recipe

Cheesecake, like most baked goods, is actually pretty terrible from a nutritional perspective. So, let's fix it.

 

By adding protein powder and reducing fats, this protein cheesecake recipe improves on the classic dessert, making it a little more diet-friendly.

 

  • 12oz fat-free cream cheese
  • 10oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tbsp sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • ¼cup milk
  • 5 scoops Naked Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Salt (to taste)

Preheat your oven to 325F. Soften the cream cheese by mashing it with a large spoon in a mixing bowl.  Add the eggs and sugar to the bowl and use an electric mixer to combine.

 

Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing until everything is thoroughly combined. Pour the mixture into a 6in. baking pan and cook for 25 minutes.

 

Turn down the oven to 200F and continue to cook for an hour. Once the cake is cooked, allow it to cool in the fridge for about 4 hours.
