Of all the creative uses that people have come up for protein powder, protein balls are one of the easiest and most adaptable recipes out there.
To help you get started, here's a little recipe that should only take about five minutes and four ingredients.
- 1/2 cup nut butter (of choice)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup Naked Vanilla Protein Powder
- Milk, as needed
Add the nut butter, honey and salt in a bowl and stir them until combined. Finally, add the vanilla protein powder. Stir the mixture. Use the milk to thin the mixture if needed.
Scoop out about 1 ½ tbsp at a time and form the batter into a ball. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
