Almond-Cinnamon Baked Protein Bars

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup protein powder (Naked Whey or Naked Pea)

1/4 cup almond butter

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional for a touch of sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs
-
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and almond milk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms. Make sure everything is well incorporated.

Pour the batter onto the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is full cooked.
