Customer Service Manager

    Naked Nutrition is looking for a Customer Service Manager who can demonstrate strong and capable leadership qualities with an ability to resolve all types of customer inquiries. Our ideal candidate will know how to supervise and mentor other customer service representatives to ensure the company’s standards and practices are implemented at a consistently high level.

    Objectives of this role

    • Manage daily workflow within the customer service department
    • Create and track customer service goals
    • Supervise a team of customer service and fraud prevention representatives
    • Hire and onboard new customer service employees
    • Document all interactions with customers


    • Respond to customer inquiries on a regular basis
    • Resolve any escalated customer concerns
    • Manage refunds and returns in a timely manner
    • Communicate Customer Service Team updates to senior leadership weekly
    • Provide additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members
    • Collaborate with marketing team to support promotional product orders

    Skills and qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience in customer service management
    • Experience working with both Amazon and Shopify
    • Strong understanding of customer service software; prefer experience in Re-Amaze
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work capacity


    • Part-Time or Full-Time: 120 – 160 hours per month
    • Remote, flexible schedule
    • Rate: DOE, 1099
