Simple and no bs. I love this product and use it daily. My only concern is the limit in size options, as only one size is available. I prefer to buy in bulk or stock up with my supplements. Using this daily, it goes quickly and I have to order before the month is over. I do enjoy their quick delivery (unless they have issues with their distributor like last order...it took 7-8 business days).
