I am loving this creatine powder. I like to take creatine for mental benefits. I love how clean the ingredients are, that is important to me. There is no citric acid like most lemon flavored supplements. Not only is citric acid usually derived from GMO mold, but it gives a really harsh, artificial sourness. Instead, this uses real lemon juice and lime juice, giving it a flavor that is real and not harsh. My throat, which can be sensitive to things that are very sour, appreciates this! The sweetening comes from fermented reb m, I don't think I've ever encountered this in a supplement before but I find that the sweetness is nice and balanced, not overly sweet or cloying, and also not leaving a weird aftertaste. Sugar gives me stomach problems, so I appreciate that this uses an alternate sweetener, and one that tastes good too. Also, just to clarify something that confused me a little bit from the label. The supplement facts on the side say there's 12 G in the serving size of two scoops. But then another part of it says that there's five grams of creatine per serving. This confused me, but I realize that 12 G is the total amount of weight of the powder, but this includes the other ingredients for flavor. I stick to a more conservative creatine dosage, I usually don't go over 3 g, so I'm only doing about one scoop in 8 oz of water and I'm finding that to be perfect for me and the right amount of flavor for that much water. The country of origin, USA, is also clearly listed. The tub includes both a safety seal around the neck and a tamper-evident seal over the opening, which I always appreciate when purchasing supplements. The powder itself is very fine and dissolves easily in my morning orange juice. The lemon-lime flavor pairs surprisingly well with the orange juice, though it also tastes perfectly fine on its own mixed with water.
