I think this stuff works? I have no idea, you can read other reviews for that. I'm here to share how to drink it. This stuff really is difficult to drink with plain water, but I don't want to mix it with other things I don't want. I tried the pre-flavored powders and they're almost worse. So before workouts I make this mix in a water bottle and it's perfect at cutting the taste: 1 squirt of lime juice from one of those plastic limes, 1 squirt of agave, Shake, drink. It's really simple and doesn't add a ton of sugar or calories.
