This is my daily! It goes everywhere! I love that this Shaker is stainless, keeps contents cold - even in 100 degree temps, easy to clean - sometimes I'll clean it after a shake and just fill with water - has no weird post shake smell, and of course, represents my go to supplements.

I have some plastic shakers but this is better. It is well-insulated, and the lid can be locked shut. I also use it to hold hydration liquids during a workout at the gym or pool. Can carry it in my backpack, no leaks, even if it tips over.
