Cannot live without
I absolutely cannot live without this. I tried it as a Hail Mary to help with chronic constipation and discomfort. It’s now on autoship. The flavor is a bit tough (for me) but it’s worth it. This is the only fiber supplement I’ve ever taken that works quickly, regularly, and eases my daily discomfort.

Love this stuff!
One of our Naked favorites! Love the Baobab Powder. We use it to to sneak fiber into our toddlers diet! We mostly use it in our vitamin-c/fiber homemade gummies... but also in smoothies, orange julius', very diluted "juice," etc.

I wanted a break from Metamucil and this stuff is fairy tasteless and great to fix in a smoothie. Nice to have a sugar free option as well.

Good flavor
This has a good flavor if you need to drink it in plain water. Sort of a light fruity flavor but not really sweet. Usually I just add it in to my smoothies. It works. I’ll definitely keep ordering it as long as I’m on a GLP-1.
