- 3 ¼ cup Naked Egg White Protein Powder
- ¾ cup cheese of your choice, shredded
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- Water, as needed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat your oven to 350 F and spray a 12-cup muffin tin. Place 1tbsp of cheese in each tin. In a mixing bowl, combine the remain ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Use the water to thin the mixture as needed. It should resemble raw, scrambled eggs.
