Daily use of Naked Whey

I have been using Naked Whey in various flavors over the past six months. I try everyone that appears to be a new experience. Notice that my four times a week HIIT class uses up that needed extra protein. Fortunate here to be five miles from the best Farmer's Market in Marin County, CA, and I can cook with the best vegetable and fruits and seafood to get needed protein to maintain muscle health and mass.

If you are like me who gets bloated and heavy after most protein powders then this is for you. Naked has no xanthan gum, stevia, “natural flavors” which means no more feeling of heaviness and bloat or overpowering flavor with too much sweetness. Although many users mention it does not mix well, I actually find it extremely easy to shake without it sticking to my bottle or getting clumped up (I don’t use ice). It’s also very easy to wash off under warm water with strong pressure, no need to scrub. This is the first protein powder I am able to just put in my shaker bottle and add water anywhere to create a quick easy shake on the go and not get sick afterwards.
