Love the boose it gives me throughout the day especially after a workout to help heal up my muscles with some extra water going to them! It amazes me too how little aftertaste there is & what amazes me even more is how little you use & how far it goes ..I'm thinking I might have this 1 container for a year lol

I started taking creatine to support my health in perimenopause. This is the first brand I tried and I believe it's a winner! I love the big bulk size that will last quite a while, and that I can truly put it in any drink, including my morning coffee, without changing the flavor or texture. My older teens have started going to the gym so it might not last quite as long as I originally planned, so I'm really glad it's such a big container for the family to use.

I got a 500 G (1.1 lb) bottle to try it out, and now I'm hooked. Getting my second bottle and going for 1KG No noticeable flavor and easily dissolves. I got lazy though, and just started dumping a scoop in and chugging some water. Still not much of any flavor. Results have been AMAZING! The pump after workouts feel great, and I've been able to quickly progress in my PR attempts.
