Seems to be ok. Not having as much inflammation as with whey.

I mix it with oatmeal and it is my version of tapioca pudding. It's good.

For some additional context, I was "blessed" at birth with a high intolerance to dairy and egg whites. Most synthetic food colorings, cold pressed oils, and other "fillers" found in sports nutrition blends leave me feeling bloated with painful stomach cramps. For this reason, I long ago gave up on supplementing my diet with protein shakes. However, as I've gotten older, I've been wanting to find a way to supplement some additional protein before bed. I stumbled across Naked's website one night and started reading about their micellular casein protein. While the price tag may seem high, you get what you pay for. I have been consuming 1 scoop of this Casein and 1.5 scoops of the Chocolate Almond Naked Shake mixed together before bed for the last 30 days. ZERO digestive issues, no bloating, no pain, no discomfort before falling asleep. I am beyond thrilled and relieved to finally find a clean product that I can consume and reap the health benefits from. Kudos Naked for your relentless focus on quality over quantity of flavors and fancy labels. Highly Recommend.

So, what if it does not mix well or taste that wonderful! It's protein powder, get yourself a blender bottle and deal with it. I am a 62-year-old male and have been thin and hyper all of my life. Between the Naked whey, Casein (especially at night, slow release) and the naked BCAA's in my regular diet daily added to silk protein almond milk and a dash of Hershey's chocolate syrup, I have been able to drop 10 pound of body fat and start gaining muscle. At my age, that's hard to do but can be done. This is hands down the best protein supplement available. BTW, they have other products too.
