- 1 lb. unpeeled red potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 head garlic
- 3/4 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. 1% milk
- 3 scoops Naked Pea Protein Powder (or another unflavored powder)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Fresh ground pepper
