How to Use
When:

I love this lean creatine! I ordered the raspberry lime, and really enjoy the flavor. It doesn't have the chalky texture that other brands have, and doesn't give me the jitters like other brands! 10/10 recommend this brand for supplements!

I was pleasantly surprised by this creatine! It tastes extremely yummy and isn't grainy or weird in texture. I've tried other brands and ended up not even wanting to drink it. This is such a great product and easy to enjoy.

I like this creatine and would recommend it. The taste is just like raspberry lime. The texture isn't gritty or sandy, it mixes well. I didn't notice any digestive discomfort which has happened before with me when taking creatine monohydrate. This one is creatine HCl. I run or ski an average of ten miles a day and need this to keep my levels steady and be able to recover without stiffness. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks and would say it is effective. I have used many other brands of creatine and I like this one a lot.
