Naked Nutrition is a premium DTC nutrition brand built on simple ingredients and high standards. We’re now expanding beyond digital into partnerships, distribution, and brand collaborations.
We’re looking for a partnerships operator to expand how our product shows up in the world - through selective distribution and brand collaborations.
This role focuses on selective, brand-aligned partnerships and collaborations - not broad wholesale or retail distribution.
This is a deal-focused role. You are responsible for building pipeline, creating opportunities, and closing partnerships that drive revenue and elevate the brand.
What You’ll Do
- Own partnerships across distribution and brand collaborations
- Source and close opportunities across retail, hospitality, and aligned brands
- Lead conversations from first contact through deal execution
- Structure deals end-to-end (pricing, placement, terms, revenue share where applicable)
- Develop partnerships that drive both revenue and brand equity
- Apply strong judgment on which partnerships are worth pursuing
Pipeline & Execution
- Own weekly pipeline metrics - targets, outreach, conversations, proposals, deals
- Maintain a clear deal pipeline with defined stages
- Create partnership materials (deck, positioning, collaboration concepts)
- Run small pilot partnerships to validate and accelerate larger opportunities
- Refine outreach and pitch based on real feedback
What Success Looks Like
- A consistent pipeline of qualified partnership opportunities
- Active conversations with real decision-makers
- Pilot partnerships launched within the first 60 days
- Closed deals that drive distribution, revenue, or brand reach
About You
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales - ideally in consumer, retail, or CPG
- Proven ability to source, structure, and close deals
- Comfortable reaching out cold and driving conversations forward
- Strong commercial judgment - you know what’s worth pursuing
- Clear communicator and strong negotiator
- Self-directed and accountable
Nice to Have
- Experience working with retail, hospitality, or distribution partners
- Experience with brand collaborations or co-branded products
- Existing network in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle
- Background in CPG or food/beverage
