I got the unflavored version. Tastes is not so great but it’s unflavored and that’s what I prefer over chems. I don’t get jitters with it either and get a good pump with it in the gym. Minimal ingredients is a win.

This pre-workout was decent on the energy boost wise, but I had to take at like 3 scoops to feelanything. The flavor is non-existent and probably the worst pre-workout I've drank. You get a ton of product and the scoop is small so this one lasted me longer than the Ella brand, which I did like. Same effects, no bloating or feeling sluggish, energy lasted my entire workout. I just wish the flavor was better.
