My hair feels stronger not as frail as before so I'm loving this new biotin product! I have longer hair myself so it really helps especially since i do alot of working out so I put my hair up & I can surely say, it doesn't snap of pull off as easy as before lol. Thank you guys for the added biotin bc this helps wayyyy better than the quote un quote shampoos, lol

I got this to help with nails and hair thinning (from menopause).. I've only been taking it for about a month. So far mt nails are growing faster and seem stronger; they tend to be thin. Hair thickening, I'm not sure yet but will definitely follow up in a few months

I've recently started taking the Biotin supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any noticeable aftertaste. The packaging is convenient and clearly labeled. I haven't been using it long enough to notice results yet, but my initial experience has been comfortable with no side effects so far.
