My hair feels stronger not as frail as before so I'm loving this new biotin product! I have longer hair myself so it really helps especially since i do alot of working out so I put my hair up & I can surely say, it doesn't snap of pull off as easy as before lol. I have been using this supplement for couple of months now and I can see minor changes.
I don't know if it's because of this supplement or my lifestyle changes.
I do see changes in my nail, hair and skin.
My hairfall has reduced a bit.
