My hair feels stronger not as frail as before so I'm loving this new biotin product! I have longer hair myself so it really helps especially since i do alot of working out so I put my hair up & I can surely say, it doesn't snap of pull off as easy as before lol. Thank you guys for the added biotin bc this helps wayyyy better than the quote un quote shampoos, lol

Really like these they don't have a horrible smell or bad aftertaste, some of the pills when you swallow them still leave a funky taste in your mouth. I haven't really seen much of a change with using them, but I have added them to my daily vitamin intake and it's only been a month . They are gentle on the stomach. I haven't had any upset stomach from them. My hair growth has stayed about the same and they may be part of my skin clearing up from the redness. It's hard to tell if it's them or another supplement I'm taking, but I have noticed my skin isn't so red anymore since I've been taking them.

I like that the biotin capsules aren't a chalky texture so they have no taste, and they're easy to take.

I've been taking this vitamin in hopes to help my skin look brighter and help with the condition of my hair. Safe to say it's definitively been doing its job! It's easy to swallow and haven't had any issues thankfully.

I have been using this product for a view weeks now & the biggest thing I have noticed is how much stronger my nails are. My nails break easily & I could never get them to grow pass a certain length, but after taking these everyday it certainly has helped my nails. I also noticed I'm not losing as much hair I used to, which I love because I want to have fuller/thicker hair!
