      Joint pain

      I purchased this last month hoping it might help with my nagging golfer’s elbow . So far I’ve noticed a slight improvement. It’s hard to say if it’s working but the pain hasn’t gotten worse and actually isn’t as noticeable most days. I lift weights 4-5 times a week and plan on keeping this in my daily supplement routine.
