Cannot live without
I absolutely cannot live without this. I tried it as a Hail Mary to help with chronic constipation and discomfort. It’s now on autoship. The flavor is a bit tough (for me) but it’s worth it. This is the only fiber supplement I’ve ever taken that works quickly, regularly, and eases my daily discomfort.

Love this stuff!
One of our Naked favorites! Love the Baobab Powder. We use it to to sneak fiber into our toddlers diet! We mostly use it in our vitamin-c/fiber homemade gummies... but also in smoothies, orange julius', very diluted "juice," etc.

Much better when mixed in with a smoothie
I must advise you to not drink it solo with water. It does have a bitter/ citrusy taste which is not ideal. You can try it to see if you don't mind the taste. I actually paired the fiber with Naked's vanilla whey iso, about a cup of Fairlife milk, a half cup of fresh pineapple pieces, and half a banana. It tasted almost like a pina colada. Another combination I have tried was the fiber, Naked's vanilla whey iso, a cup of Fairlife milk, half a cup of mango pieces, and a half of a banana. Also, very good. You will just have to experiment with other things to see which pairing is best suited for you. Overall, pleased that it can be mixed in with a smoothie and it is very filling. Down side is the taste by itself with just water... so bitter....

Not so peachy
I tried this out, it's good, it mixes well, I was just hoping for more of a peach like flavor from the pictures. Taste is kinda weird. I mix it in with the Naked Protein, so I can't taste it.

Good option for fiber
I wanted a break from Metamucil and this stuff is fairy tasteless and great to fix in a smoothie. Nice to have a sugar free option as well.
