    Best protein powder for me

    I’m vegan and gluten free and I do CrossFit so I have to take in a lot of protein. Pea protein makes me bloat like crazy and gives me unideal gastrointestinal issues. This stuff doesn’t taste great on its own but I have no bloating and significantly less bad gas than pea protein (sorry if that’s TMI) lol. I love that it has one ingredient and isn’t sweet like other protein powders. I usually put it in a smoothie but sometimes I throw it in a shaker with soy milk and water. I’ve gotten used to the earthiness of it and can’t stand sweet protein powders now. This is my forever go to and I recommend it to anyone with a sensitive tummy and GI tract that wants a plant based protein powder.

    Whey Protein Bothered My Stomach. I Have No Problem Digesting the Rice Protein Powder.

    I tried whey protein and it always bothered my stomach. I can take the Naked Rice powder and it does not bother my stomach at all. I have no idea if it a better or worse protein source versus whey but it seems my body digests it much easier.

    Lifesaver!

    This wonderful neutral protein powder has been so fantastic for me and my very reactive gut. I have many food restrictions, but I can tolerate rice, and something about this formula soothes my Gut in a way nothing else has, in a dozen years. It's not tasty, my top tip is to adding a pinch of sea salt & a sprinkle of Nestle Quik powder, and letting it sit for a few minutes (improves grainy texture) ~ makes all the difference in the world!

    Only protein I can tolerate

    I have celiac and a generally sensitive gi system, this protein powder is really the only one I can seem to tolerate. Doesn’t taste great standalone but I bake with it and put it in smoothies, I have 2 servings daily on average.
