GET this!
I think this may have been part of my missing piece to getting over the plateau I was on. I was stagnant in weight lose and was doing everything right (except not hitting my cardio goals each week consistently lol). I always felt bloated and just like my food was sitting in my tummy, a friend of mine mentioned this to me and I got it and also got locked in with my cardio; then BOOM down 12 lbs since January 1st! Get this if you are feeling stuck because I know once we heal our gut we heal our body, but I guess my pre and probiotics weren’t enough.
I do think it could mix a bit better because most times it doesn’t all dissolve for me, but it’s not terrible so I just throw the leftover chunks back LOL
