It's Natural & Works Within 3 Days
I take mine with apple sauce & split it every 4 hours 1 teaspoon works for me. Taking it all at once is too much For my body & taking it with water it doesn't help me.

Let's Get Cleaned Out
I like this product. I put it in my coffee every morning. It took my body about a week and half for my body to start showing signs that this working. I started passing gas like crazy. I also started having dates with the toilet twice a day. Which is amazing for me because I have never been regular. It's a normal movement not diarrhea or cramping.
