Personally I like the taste better than the chocolate or double chocolate. Also I use a pulse ninja instead of a regular blender but it mixes up just fine. Price is a bit steep imo but I cut the 'serving size' in half (3 scoops instead of 6), mix into 1 cup of oat milk, throw in a large banana, a grip of mixed berries and sometimes a little agave, and that's still almost a 1,000kcal shake that makes the container last twice as long. Maybe if I suffered 6 scoops in a cement smoothie and started working out a bit more intensely, maybe I'd see a bit more muscle growth but I'm also not in a rush and I don't solely rely on this for 'meal replacement'
