If you are someone who gets Headaches, nausea, and/or Vomits when you drink normal Protein Shakes, this is the one for you. I do recommend starting at a lower amount when you first start though! I have problems with my stomach so I'm really iffy on what protein to use. I tried Naked and fell in love with it. It doesn't give me any digestive issues what so ever! I highly recommend the products.
