Cápsulas de glutamina

I love Naked products. I love that they are'well, Naked They literally only contain the supplement, no fillers or other junk. I've been using their creatine for years. I have used L-Glutamine for a long time. I mainly use it for muscle recovery, but it's supposed to also be great for leaky gut, digestive issues, brain function, joint health and weight loss. I can't make any of those claims, but Naked's l-glutamine is clean and dissolves super easily. Some people do get minor side effects from the amino acid, like flatulence ??, but I have not experienced any side effects at all. I usually mix it with my electrolytes and creatine. I do CrossFit and recover well most days. Is it the Glutamine or Creatine or both? I can't say for sure. Though I use it for exercise recovery and don't workout daily, I do use this daily. It's just easier to remember to throw it into my usual electrolyte/creatine water that I drink daily. It does not have a smell or taste whatsoever. It's packaged well in the plastic container with the included serving sized scoop. The price for the smaller 1 pound container is only $5.00 less than the 2 pound container (twice the amount!), so I would suggest buying the larger container if you already know you need and like it. The smaller container does, of course, take up less space'so I guess you can decide which is more important. Overall, I recommend Naked's L-Glutamate, I would just buy the larger size to save money.
