When:
Add our chocolate casein protein to protein shakes, smoothie bowls, and baking. Best used during the day, after a workout, or before bed.
Blend:
Mix two scoops into 6-10oz of milk, water or your favorite beverage. Add fruits, vegetables, or other flavors to enhance the taste.
Pair With:
Add a scoop of Naked PB for more protein and a tasty peanut flavor or combine with Chocolate Naked Whey for improved protein synthesis.

This Casein is really good. It is surprisingly light and smooth. Usually Casein can be very grainy but this brand is pretty smooth. I use whole food 365 regular non sweetened almond milk with a bit of water in a Shaker bottle of 2 scoops of Casein and it tastes great. It also is easy to digest and not heavy which Casein in itself is usually heavy and takes forever to digest. All around great product, please for the love of God do NOT change your formula. I dont know but for some reason when companies have a good thing going they end reformulating a product and making it bad. If it ain't broke dont "fix it".

Makes quite a thick shake but isn't much of a punch of chocolate. Not our favorite thus far but not discouraged. Splitting the serving size and mixing with other flavors has done wonders.

The vanilla has a nice flavor to it and the ingrediants are pretty clean. The casien protein powder has a slower absorption rate and is also great for satiety. Vanilla can me mixed with amost anything!
