I was hoping for a bit more flavor but it doesn't taste bad. If I need more protein, I add it to Tum Love protein powder or mix with Naked's PB powder to get the extra protein. I will most likely buy it again. I have IBS and it doesn't have a lot of ingredients so it works for me without upsetting my stomach.

Pleasantly surprising I don't taste any almond flavor. It's a neutral flavor. I use it for my shakes and smoothies for extra protein and a healthier choice than using some of these refrigerated almond milk that have gums and oils in them. This is a much more pure way of getting the benefits and protein.

Nice. Not a complete protein, not much flavor but it's a good add and sub for things like oat flour or almond flour in treats. I actually found Orgain Simple Protein Powder after this....and solves my quest for a good one. I don't like monk fruit or stevia & this has 4 gram of added coconut palm sugar (low glycemic). Besides my distaste of stevia and monk fruit...there are reliable studies that ALL low calorie sweeteners can mess with your bodies netabolic equilibrium. The body is expecting tons of calories & prepping based on sweetness, but they don't arrive. No shame on folks that do use it, and switching a pop or candy that gets rid of 32 gr of sugar a serving (and a ton of calories) can be the healthier move. It's is certainly better than the pop of it keeps ya eating mostly healthy, cause there is a Huge link between sugar & disease.
