In the coming weeks, we will move away from the tiered points system and replace it with something simpler: two membership levels and straightforward cash back on every order.

Why We Are Making This Change
The existing points system worked, but the tiers, point multipliers, and redemption thresholds added friction to what should be a straightforward benefit.
We built Naked on the principle that fewer, better ingredients produce better results. The same logic applies here.
The new system is built around a single idea: earn cash back on every order and apply it however you choose. No tiers to track, no points to decode, no complexity. Just real value returned to you with every purchase.
What Happens to Your Existing Points
Your existing points balance will not be lost. Every point you have accumulated will be converted at the same value into Naked Cash, which can be applied to any future order.
You may use your current balance before the transition or wait to have it converted automatically when the new programme goes live. Either way, nothing is forfeited.

Naked Free Membership is automatic. Every account holder is enrolled with no action required.
Naked C.C. Membership is optional and available to upgrade to at any time.

What You Need to Do

Should you wish to earn more on every purchase, Naked C.C. Membership will be available to upgrade to once it officially launches.

The new programme will launch soon, and you will receive an official announcement. Your existing points balance remains valid and can be applied to any current order.
