A few months ago, I decided to eat less carbs and up my protein intake. I’m 64 and active but noticed my weight and numbers creeping up. Looking forward to when you guys get some more in this way I can truly tell if & how good this collagen is working bc I feel it is, but I also wonder if I should be tsking more of it bc I hear 10-30 grams of collagen a day is even more beneficial for someone! My hair & skin feel better, my joints n bones not so much so was wondering if I should stay with the regular collagen peptides or go to the marine collagen, but I get less scoops per jar
