I’m a 66 year old male, and I’ve been using this product for about 90+ days, and it works, plus is very clean and void of a whole lot of additives and preservatives.
I add it to my oatmeal in the morning, before I head to the gym. I like that it mixes well and doesn’t get all clumpy. Plus I like the added protein which is a plus for me and at my age. I can also tell that my skin (smooth and clear) and my nails, which are growing like crazy. lol
