What Foods Are High in BCAAs?

Although most protein-containing foods contain BCAA, some foods are richer in BCAAs than others. Some of the foods highest in BCAAs include beef, lamb, cheese, milk, and yogurt. Based on this daily requirement, a 175-pound male would require about 11 grams of BCAA daily.
