It helps me meet my daily protien requirements when combined with my diet. The powder dissolves and mixes nicely for me when I put it into a shaker cup with just water and shake it for 30 seconds. It does foam up temporarily, but that doesn't bother me. It tastes sort of like a light, and it is light on the stomach, which is a good thing for me. I usually take it and eat some carby food with it. I will most likely subscribe to this product on my next order or when I run out of protein powder

Love it. Composition is disclosed, high protein lower sugar content than most other brands. It’s tasty by itself but add some fruit 🏆. Wish it came in a zippered pouch for easier storage but this works and the product stays fresh. Will definitely be buying again!
