Organic Naked Fiber enthält nur eine Zutat: natürlich getrocknetes Baobab-Fruchtfleisch, eine ballaststoffreiche Frucht aus Südafrika. I absolutely cannot live without this. I tried it as a Hail Mary to help with chronic constipation and discomfort. It’s now on autoship. The flavor is a bit tough (for me) but it’s worth it. This is the only fiber supplement I’ve ever taken that works quickly, regularly, and eases my daily discomfort.

One of our Naked favorites! Love the Baobab Powder. We use it to to sneak fiber into our toddlers diet! We mostly use it in our vitamin-c/fiber homemade gummies... but also in smoothies, orange julius', very diluted "juice," etc.

So far I am liking this fiber powder, I am on my second jar. I add it into my morning smoothie and you can't tell it's there, or on days I don't have my smoothie I shake it into water with some flavored electrolyte powder. I would recommend mixing it with something flavored as it's pretty tart on its own, but it mixes well with anything fruit flavored, I've even mixed it into Snapple and was able to drink that!
