I put a scoop of Collagen in my coffee every morning. I feel that my joint pain is less and because of this, I am stronger in my daily workouts. I also cook with Collagen. It is a very low calorie source of protein and when my recipes need a protein boost, I add scoops. There is no detectable taste or texture and it helps me reach my protein intake goals on a daily.
