How to Use
When:
Add our electrolytes powder to water. Best used during a high-intensity workout for a hydration boost and prolonged energy.
Mix:
Add one stick to 8-16oz of water and mix thoroughly. Nakedade is pre-flavored with natural ingredients.

I have used about 4 packets so far. Sometimes, I use as hydration and other times for recovery mixing in my creatine and collagen as well because both have no noticeable flavor from Naked. Will buy again in the future.

So far I think this is my favorite out of the three flavors I tried (blueberry lemonade, strawberry lemonade, watermelon mint). It’s a really subtle flavor but nice summer refreshment.

I feel like I've tried every "hydration" packet out there.....I like Nunn, but they don't fully dissolve, I like LMNT but they are expensive...I like Liquid IV, but they are packed with sugar, etc.
NAKEDADE was the first one I have found that easily dissolves, isn't packed with unnecessary sugar, and still tastes good. The price is still a little too steep, but I also have one every single day where maybe most people don't.

Excellent hydration and dissolubility! Tastes great and there are very good flavor choices. I love the fact that this is stevia-free and it has really good electrolytes in the ingredients.
